The appeal, filed Tuesday in Coweta County Superior Court, names both Coweta County and Atlas Development, LLC as defendants. Seventeen residents... are asking a judge to throw out the county's decision to rezone the land and block the project entirely. LINK TO FULL STORY

The Board approved the rezoning. The vote was 3 for, 2 against.
The fight is not over. Now we fight this legally, which we knew was the most likely outcome.
